The most important business of the Group is promotion, development and property sales Marina d'Or – Holiday Resort in Oropesa del Mar and Cabanes with seafront apartments or just one street back from the seafront.

  • Tamesna: Marina d'Or is developing Les Jardins de Tamesna a construction project of 7,000 housing units, a Shopping Centre, a 3-star Hotel and 30,000 sqm of gardens, in addition to Les Villas de Tamesna with 157 housing units in total. Tamesna is a city of recent creation situated 12 km Southern Rabat, close to the Bypass Casablanca-Tangier-Fez, 5 kms from the coast and 35 km. from the airport of Rabat.


  • In Tangier Marina d'Or has being selected as successful bidder for the construction of La Perle de Tanger, a project of 627 high-standing housing units distributed in 6 towers, 2 buildings of offices of 20,000 m2, a Shopping Centre of 9,200 sqm and a 5* Hotel with 250 bedrooms and 30,000 m2 of gardens.


  • In Marrakech, Marina d'Or counts with the project Atlas, a residential resort formed by 52,820 m2 of extension in which 60 luxurious villas will be built. Situated in the Touristic Centre Zahrat Annakhil, a privileged situation between the Moroccan villages of Annakhil and Al Ouidane. Atlas is a high-standing urbanization with villas of 4 typologies, surrounded by garden areas.
