The Marina accepts that respect for the environment and an efficient use of natural resources must be an integral part of its corporate social responsibility.
So that we can respect environmental considerations when carrying out our business strategy, in our management and operations, the Marina d’Or Group has an integrates environmental policy which lays out our commitment to the environment and to the efficient use of natural resources throughout all our areas of business activity.
To this aim we have signed collaborative agreements, through our Foundation, with the
Jaume I University Hydrology Professorship for the creation of a mathematical model to act as a baseline for the actions aimed at recovering the Les Amplàries aquifer, and with the
Valencia Polytechnic University for the recovery and preservation of archaeological finds.
Marina d’Or is committed to developing its corporate strategy, endeavouring to achieve the greatest possible number of socially responsible targets in each and every one of the Group’s activities, with good examples being:
- The existence of a cogeneration plant
- Our commitment to the use of an osmosis plant
- The regeneration of aquifers
- The conservation of archaeological heritage.
